AMATA Summit Growth Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (“AMATAR”) is the REIT that invest in potential ready-built factories.
The factories are located in both AMATA Industrial City Chonburi and AMATA Industrial City Rayong, where is Thailand leading Industrial City with full function of facilities from Amata Industrial City such as electricity, water supply, school, hotel, hospital, and shopping center.

Moreover, the factories are in prime area such as in EEC and in the heart of transportation which connects to various highways such as Bang-na Trad Expressway, Bangkok-Chonburi Motorway. Therefore, it is very convenient to ride to Laem Chabang Deep Sea Port, Map Ta Phut Deep Sea port, Suvarnabhumi international airport as well as U-Tapao airport.

AMATAR has appointed Amata Summit REIT Management Company Limited for being as a REIT Manager, Kasikorn Asset Management Company Limited as a Trustee and Amata Summit Ready Built Company Limited as a Property Manager. All parties will constantly continue our endeavors in developing and managing the Trust properties at the highest level of efficiency for sustainable growth of AMATAR and the greatest benefit to all unitholders and all stakeholders.
